In 2024-25, led IU-Indy to the program’s most single-season wins (10) in six seasons and Horizon League wins (6) in four seasons – rebuilt a program that had not had a winning record in the 13 seasons prior to his arrival (29-114 (.203) record in the five previous seasons and 5-52 (.088) Horizon League record in the three previous seasons + finished the previous season with a 360 (out of 362) NET).
As IU-Indy’s Head Coach, recruited and coached one Horizon League All-Conference Team selection.
2022-23 NABC Division II Midwest Coach of the Year.
From 2020 to 2024, led UIndy to a 79-37 (.681) record, two 23+ win seasons, two GLVC Regular Season Championships, and two NCAA Tournament berths (#1 seed both times).
The 2022-23 GLVC Coach of the Year, led UIndy to the most single-season (t-26) and GLVC (17) wins in program history (matched in 2023-24), as well as only the second GLVC Regular Season Championship in program history (matched in 2023-24 for the program's third) and an NCAA Tournament berth with a #1 seed (matched in 2023-24).
UIndy’s scoring defense finished nationally ranked 27th in 2021-22.
As UIndy’s Head Coach, recruited and coached 16 GLVC All-Conference Team selections, as well as one Player of the Year.
In 2018-19 (first season), helped lead Purdue-Fort Wayne to an 18-15 (.545) record and the program’s first winning Summit League record (9-7) in three seasons.
From 2012 to 2018, helped lead UIndy to six winning seasons, four 20+ win seasons, and four NCAA Tournament berths (one Sweet 16 appearance – first in program history).
As a two-sport student-athlete at UIndy, helped lead the basketball program to an NCAA Tournament berth in 2010-11 and the football program to an NCAA Playoff berth in 2012 (first in program history).​​​​​​
